The Perfect Overnighter

For riders who love scenery and trails, the Last Resort provides a journey through private bush, rolling farmland, and rugged coastal ridges with unbeatable views over White Rock and Tora. No public roads or speeding vehicles - just you, your bike and wild surroundings.

After a night at The Last Resort, wake up to a sunrise over the ocean and when you’re ready, set off on the return ride.

What We Provide

  • Accommodation with bedding included (no sleeping bags needed!)

  • Baggage transfers so you can walk light

  • Fire lit for your arrival if it's chilly

  • Your beverages chilled and ready

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

For up to two people the cost per night is $560.

Each extra person costs $150 up to a maximum of 8 guests.

Additional nights are $150 per person.

Some can walk, others could horse ride or bike, while others relax at the resort. Whether you’re exploring the scenic tracks, unwinding by the fire, taking in the incredible views or simply being amongst nature, The Last Resort is the perfect escape to disconnect and connect, at the same time with your family and friends.

PLEASE NOTE:

Bikes must be in good working order, especially brakes, as the terrain is steep in parts. Moderate to high fitness level recommended. Some pushing of the bikes may be required. If on an E-bike ensure you are able to push it if needed. 

Dog-Friendly Stay

We welcome dogs, though they must stay outside and be under control at all times.

After a day on the trail, ‘The Last Resort’ is your haven.

“The Roost” offers four bedrooms each with two comfortable king single beds with linen, blankets and pillows and two bathrooms with modern facilities- no need to use the long drop (yes there is one!).

In “The Old Place” a fully renovated old bushman’s cottage, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and lounge area with wood burner and another bathroom. Enjoy the artwork, some of which were drawn by Ben and Georgie’s children many years ago.

And after dinner, head out to the front garden to soak in the hot tub with endless ocean views - the perfect way to end a perfect day.
